How are Orders shipped?
Items in our catalog are shipped by regular mail or by parcel service (e.g. DPD or DHL).

- 8,00 € MiniParcel for Austria, Benelux and France (only Adapter or DVD)
- 10,00 € MiniParcel for Schwitzerland (only Adapter or DVD)
- 12,50 € Shipping for Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Netherland, Luxembourg; France
- 15,00 € Shipping for Switzerland, Tschechien, GB, Ungarn
- 20,00 € Shipping for IRL, IT, PL, FI, SK, SI, NO, SE, S, PT, LV, GR, RU
- Shipping worldwide: 15,- € MiniParcel (only Adapter or DVD)
- Shipping worldwide: 25,- € up to 2 kg
- Shipping worldwide: 40,- € up to 4 kg
Your individual shipping costs depend on the total weight and the delivery country.

FIRST ORDER
After order placements you will receive an automatic order confrimation from your computer system. This is only a proof of order placement. Any listed ways of payment are not binding for us (e.g. on a first order debit charge will be stated).
PREPAYMENT
Or prepayment please wait until you receive the invoice via mail or by fax.
On it you will find all relevant Information such as invoice amount, customer number,
invoice number and bank information. Please provide all this information when making your payment.
Orders below EURO 25.00 will receive a surcharge of EURO 2.50.
Shipping Charges :
Orders starting from 25 Euro : Shipping Charge : 5,50 Euro in Germany
For foreign customers: the correct Shipping Charge will be added accordingly
Important Notice
Despite great care, goods can get damaged during shipping.
Should this occur, we will replace the damaged items free of charge, of course.
Please note the following procedures: Immediately report the shipping damage to the shipper.
