INITIAL ORDER
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation automatically sent by the system. This only serves as proof of order for you. Payment methods confirmed here only reflect the payment method you have chosen and can be changed by us at any time.
DOWNLOAD
There are no shipping costs when purchasing download products. If you mix an order of download products and traditional goods, the costs will be calculated based on the physical goods to be shipped.
Important information
Despite all care, damage may occur during delivery. In this case, we will of course refund you the damaged items free of charge.
Please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be reported to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. You inform us by email or fax about any transport damage discovered. If you would like to return goods, please inform us in advance in writing by email or fax.
Statusmail Shop
We process incoming orders as quickly as possible and hand them over to the relevant logistics company. You can obtain up-to-date information via the parcel services' shipment tracking. You can find the shipment tracking number in your customer account at any time; it will also be sent to you in a separate email.
There may be a time window of a few hours between the email saying "Sent" and the handover to the logistics provider, or up to the next working day if the logistics provider does not collect the item.

If you pay in advance, please wait until we have sent you the invoice by email, post or fax. On this you will find all the data required for payment such as the invoice amount, customer number, invoice number and bank details. Please provide this information when making your payment.
Please note that checking receipt of payment and subsequent shipping of goods can take two working days. Due to the subsequent delivery time for the delivery service, you will usually receive goods ordered in advance after 4 to 5 working days.
