How are Orders shipped?

Items in our catalog are shipped by regular mail or by parcel service (e.g. DPD or DHL).
Shipping and Handling Charges:

  • €5.95 standard package within Germany
  • €3.95 mini package within Germany (only adapter or DVD)
  • Download article - no shipping costs

  • €8.00 mini package insured to all EU countries (only adapter or DVD)
  • €12.00 mini package insured to Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain (adapter or DVD only)
  • €13.50 parcel insured to all EU countries. (up to 2 kg)
  • 18.00 euro parcel insured to Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain (up to 2 kg)
  • €20.00 standard package insured to all EU countries
  • €27.00 standard package insured to Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain (up to 5 kg)

  • Worldwide: €18 mini package, insured (only adapter or DVD)
  • Worldwide: €25 for parcels insured (up to 2 kg)
  • Worldwide: €50 standard package insured (up to 5 kg)

 

Your individual shipping costs depend on the total weight and the delivery country.
You can see the exact shipping rate durung checking out the cart and selecting the shipping destination.



FIRST ORDER

After order placements you will receive an automatic order confrimation from your computer system. This is only a proof of order placement. Any listed ways of payment are not binding for us (e.g. on a first order debit charge will be stated).


PREPAYMENT
Or prepayment please wait until you receive the invoice via mail or by fax.
On it you will find all relevant Information such as invoice amount, customer number,
invoice number and bank information. Please provide all this information when making your payment.

Orders below EURO 25.00 will receive a surcharge of EURO 2.50.


Shipping Charges

Orders starting from 25 Euro : Shipping Charge : 5,50 Euro in Germany
For foreign customers: the correct Shipping Charge will be added accordingly


Important Notice

Despite great care, goods can get damaged during shipping.
Should this occur, we will replace the damaged items free of charge, of course.

Please note the following procedures: Immediately report the shipping damage to the shipper.
Than report the shipping damage to IKARUS eShop.

If you plan to return any items, please inform us by Email, Fax or Phone BEFORE doing so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basked is not empty.
